Tool procurement
The development and production of a diverse range of parts requires specialized tools, templates, molds, and much more. We support your project from the initial concept to the finished series product. We take care of everything. Thanks to long-standing partnerships with various toolmakers, we offer the possibility of producing everything from simple rapid tooling tools to complex stamping dies and injection molds.

Project management
Our project management team supports both parties – customers and suppliers – and facilitates communication. Effective tool tracking increases project success by providing valuable insights into the toolmaking process and workflow. We assist you in creating schedules with the tool manufacturer, verifying the consistency of individual milestones and their feasibility in relation to your machinery. Solution-oriented conflict management is a top priority at GE-TOOL.
The toolmaking status is documented directly on-site, in accordance with the current schedule. Visit reports, including photographic documentation, are also prepared and submitted.
Potential delays and technical issues are thoroughly analyzed. This is followed by the creation of action lists and their follow-up. Coordination of tool and process pre-acceptances is also included, along with documentation of the agreed-upon measures.
Tryout
Intensive tool testing, including optimization, is crucial for future, error-free series production.

Tool design / Simulation / Method planning
The design and layout of a tool are essential factors for the functionality and cost-effectiveness of a component. We support our customers as early as the planning phase to contribute our expertise to the development process from the outset. Close coordination with the customer, defining requirements, and collaboratively finding solutions are our top priorities.
We specialize in toolmaking for cold forming. We have many years of experience with both transfer and progressive die tools.
The use of 3D CAD programs such as SolidWorks and AutoForm enables us to create high-quality tool designs in advance. We have a network of partner companies available for tool manufacturing.
Data exchange takes place via FTP server. Data import: 3D: IGES, STEP… Data export: 3D: IGES, STEP…
Measurement technology
We offer professional component measurements, including comparison with existing design specifications. We work with a variety of state-of-the-art measuring instruments.
A highlight of our measurement technology is a portable 7-axis measuring arm with non-contact laser technology, enabling 3D measurements in virtually unlimited positions.
